How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
I make 99% of my pieces from scratch. I usually get them posted within 3-6 working days. Please message me for an accurate dispatch date if you are in a hurry and I will do my best to get it sorted! Some items, such as gold rings and my super chunky star cuff are hallmarked to order, these can take up to 2 weeks to dispatch.
How will my order be packaged?
I send all my pieces in a cotton, tie dye bag which is branded with my logo. These bags are meant to be kept and can be used to keep your jewellery in. Keeping silver in a closed bag can slow natural tarnishing and it's also great to use when traveling! The postal box and tissue paper (used to line the box) are recyclable. I use washi tape to seal any tissue paper packages, this is easily peeled off before recycling. The box itself is sealed with recycled packaging tape.
If you purchase an additional gift box, these are made from recycled card and will be sent in a bubble wrap envelope.
What are the postage options?
All orders to the UK are sent first class. There is a special delivery option also available.
Orders to the rest of the world are always sent tracked.
What length chain is best for my pendant?
This is down to personal preference. Please check the size chart below to get an idea of where your pendant will hang.
How should I care for my silver jewellery?
- Remove jewellery before showering / swimming.
- Let lotions and perfumes dry before wearing jewellery.
- Clean with polishing cloth supplied. Avoid silver dip solution.
- Store in cotton bag provided, or airtight container to prevent natural tarnishing.
How should I care for gemstone jewellery?
- Remove jewellery before showering / swimming & exercising
- Clean with soft cloth and luke warm soapy water. Dry immediately.
- Avoid extreme temperatures.
